Join Verdis Robinson, Campus Compact’s director of community college engagement, for an embedded institute at the Campus Compact Western Region Continuums of Service Conference. Through a series of panels, small group dialogues, and larger conversations, we will explore the unique challenges and opportunities of community colleges and their critical role in preparing students to be informed, active, and mobilized citizens in their communities, states, and the world.

This embedded institute is hosted by Campus Compact's Community Colleges for Democracy, a national network of community colleges dedicated to the advancement of civic learning and engagement at community colleges. This event is free and is open to community college administrators, faculty, and staff.  Campus Compact membership is not required to register. (Note: This is a separate registration and event from the main Continuums of Service Conference. To register for or get more information about the Continuums of Service Conference, visit their website at continuumsofservice.org)
